At Northside, we believe the work of the church is strengthened when the people of God lead alongside their pastors. That’s why we rely deeply on the faithfulness and wisdom of our lay leadership : our Board of Servant Directors, our Board of Lay Elders, and our Nominations Team.
These teams are made up of committed members of our church family who discern, pray, serve, and help guide Northside’s mission. Each individual serves a three-year term, rotating off at the end of their class year. That’s why you’ll see groups listed as the Class of 2025, 2026, and 2027! It reflects a healthy rhythm of shared leadership, fresh perspectives, and continual growth.
We’re grateful for every person who steps into these roles. Their service helps Northside stay grounded, accountable, and focused on what matters most: following Jesus and leading others to Him.
