At Northside Church, leadership is shared—not centered on one individual. Our Pastoral Leadership Team (PLT) serves together in role-based pastoral positions, each bringing unique gifts, training, and perspectives to the work of shepherding our church.

Though each pastor has specific areas of oversight, the PLT functions as a unified team, prayerfully discerning God’s direction for our congregation and carrying out the mission of Northside with humility and shared purpose.

Gerry leads our JOY (Just Older Youth) ministry, coordinates the Homebound Visitation Team, and serves as the primary point of contact for pastoral care needs. He also oversees the Facilities Ministry Team as they develop best practices for the care of our physical campus, and he supervises the maintenance and operations of our buildings and assets.

Steph guides Northside’s spiritual formation ministries—including small groups, Sunday School, and retreats—and leads discipleship efforts that teach, encourage, and equip believers. She helps create practices and experiences that nurture spiritual growth and deepen faith in Christ, and she serves as one of our primary preaching pastors.
